Literally came in 10-15 minutes after they opened and was greeted with a “what do u want”. I figured maybe just a little grumpy, it is early in the morning but I started work in 10 minutes and just wanted some coffee. I attempted to order and was told “we just opened, come back in 45 minutes.”😒 like how are u open but not open. It’s always an issue here. Last time they forgot to give me a breakfast sandwich I order and when I returned with all the food and receipt. They refused to help me.

3 strikes and you're out. Every dunkin in different and everyone has their off days, is what I tell myself every time I order dunkin. However after coming here on 3 separate occasions all 3 times the food/drink came out disgustingly bad. Food was burnt to a crisp and drink either as light sugar or as dark as the dirt outside. Dunkin isn't known for their conistancy, but this location has been consistently awful so I will applaud the employees for that. Won't be attempting to order from this location again.

I have been to no less than 150 Dunkin' Donut locations, usually good customer service. But this location is EXCEPTIONAL in terms of not just friendly customer service, but the cleanliness is top notch. The bathroom, the lobby, counter, service station, the seating area, and to every table , chair and every air vent are 100% CLEAN and spotless! I came here on a Sunday afternoon to do some work, the girl that works the counter happily made a special drink at my request (most other baristas would be confused), but he happily made it for me with a smile. I love getting egg and cheese wraps and a coffee from Dunkin as I travel throughout Central NJ for my job. This is the only location where they pre-cook the wraps, letting them sit and get stale. They taste like burnt wafers. I asked the manager not to do that, and was ignored. I now go to other Dunkin locations and always get fresh ones made.
