Came to the drive thru and had such a nice experience. JR was so absolutely lovely and kind and we had a great conversation! Every time I’ve been to this location they’re so upbeat and friendly. Definitely an easy and chill spot to grab a drink.

Only reason they get one star is because the coffee’s actually pretty good. But the service, consistently, is the slowest I’ve ever experienced, truly. The drive thru line simply doesn’t move and if you go to the counter thinking you can avoid the wait, forget it. I also always have to check my order when it’s delivered because they will often fail to get the nondairy alternative correct or another piece of the order wrong. Such a shame because I do like the coffee, but I just kick myself every time I come since the service is so slow and poor.

If they have more than 4 people they need to have someone taking orders outside. That is part of the agreements you sign when working here. Its ridiculous that they have huge lines taking one order at a time. If you want more proficiency follow rules. This is crazy. Every dutch has someone taking orders outside, never have I been to one where we have to wait over an HOUR to get half way up the line. Jasmine Fast needs to get on her employees about this and put some stern rules in. If you have 45mins-1hour to wait for your drink with no compensation, this is the Dutch for you. If not, go to ANY

Rolled up when there was only two cars ahead of me. Took almost 30 minutes to get up the window and they still didn’t have my one drink I order ready. They had a girl taking orders ahead of time too. It’s lunch time…why is taking forever??
