My wife and I enjoyed Cinco de Mayo with dinner at Margaritas Cafe in Merrick. First, our server was one of the best we seen. Patient, not pushy and doing almost every job in a restaurant all with a smile on her face!! Our shrimp fahita's were delicious with large tasty shrimp! The Margaritas were 2 for 1 and priced very reasonably. We'll definitely be back. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Over all food was good, came out fast. Nachos were my favorite. Chimichanga was also good and flavorful. The veggie soft taco was ok. And churro was of course delish.

This is such a cute restaurant. Feels very homey and the attention was top notch. The food was delicious and so were the drinks. I’m glad I stumbled upon this restaurant as I am not local.

I want to give this place a 0. I ordered the La Familia with my family for an appetizer during the Merrick Fall Festival. First of all, the plate was burning hot- a temperature that should never reach a table. The jalapeño poppers spit hot oil on our tongues. The icing on the cake was the TOOTHPICK that was jammed inside and cooked inside the quesadilla, almost snapping my permanent bottom tooth brace Ive had for twenty years. The server, although not his fault, said “but it happens in the kitchen.” That is not how you mend an issue. This is disgusting. Every time I come to this establishment
