The bison New York steak was superbly prepared, bursting with flavor, while the Wagyu bolognese offered a rich, comforting depth that impressed. The sides, including crisp fries and perfectly roasted Brussels sprouts, complemented the mains beautifully, and the desserts provided a sweet, satisfying finish to the meal. 10/10 I was celebrating my birthday! This was my first time at the restaurant and from the moment I walked in the door I was satisfied! Greeted by name from the hosted, I forgot her name but she was so sweet! To the moment I sat down my server was Michael & we even got to meet the manager Gustavo! Exceptional service! The booth had flowers, a birthday card & a champagne toast from the manager. We dined during restaurant week as well so we got a good deal to try an appetizer, entree & desert. We will definitely return back to this restaurant and thank you to the wonderful staff for the flowers

This was out first time at TRIO. And all we can say is WOW! Phenomenal cocktails, wine, apps, mains, and desserts. Good and attentive staff. Great atmosphere. We wouldn't change a thing and we'll definitely be back for the live music. We went on a Sunday at 5:30 and it was relatively uncrowded--good time to go for conversation.
