I love it here. I have been eating here about 1 year. This is one of my favorite lunch go to places. I was greeted upon entering. The staff were patient, attentive and professional. They got my order right and asked if I wanted anything else. Definitely will come back. Great job!! My food was good I forgot to take pics. Especially the soups. My favorite are chicken noodle and pot pie.If you sign up for the perks you do get a free sandwich yay!!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was honestly the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I had to bag my own food, and while I was explaining what I wanted on my sandwich, one of the employees responded with a dismissive attitude, saying “Is that it? Anything else?” in a way that felt very unprofessional. On top of that, another employee was sweeping right next to the food prep area, which is concerning from a cleanliness standpoint. Overall, the experience was disappointing and poorly handled. Management seriously needs to address the level of service and professionalism here.

I had to clean my own table. The pop machine was leaking and all they said was "it happens" mind you it's next to an outlet.. The girl with black and red hair just expects everyone else to do everything. We waited 10 minutes to pay for our food. She was just opening bags.. Not placing anything in them just getting them ready for online orders... But the food wasn't made.

Person at the start of the line was friendly & patient. But the people that made my food still fouled it up even after they asked me 3 times what I wanted on my sandwich & salad. They were simple omissions to the salad only 3 things on the sandwich. Made me feel like I was bothersome coming in. I came here to try to have a good tastey meal. In stead I spent 10 minutes picking thru them before I ate. Table was all sticky with food residue of some sort I have been to other potbellies that were really great. I was hard-pressed to give them even a two here
