First of all, I ordered a burrito with the green chili in it. She asked twice what burrito it was. But it turns out to be the turkey sausage. So I decide oh well, cut my loses and still eat it. Until I bite into a freaking piece of glass. What the hell black rock? Seriously?

Love the atmosphere. Everyone is so nice. When the AZ weather is nice its a great place to come and sit to enjoy a coffee. They have large doors they can open up the sitting area.

I hate to leave bad reviews, mainly because most establishments go above and beyond to serve their customers. That is not the case for this particular location. They consistently could not be bothered to help anyone walking in. As soon as I came in, a woman that was waiting in line voiced to the staff that there were people waiting and that she was leaving. They need some serious corporate intervention to help get them back on track.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced. First and last time I give Black Rock my money. Long story short: you won’t be greeted, you won’t be acknowledged, and you definitely WON’T feel welcomed. God forbid you go in there to ask for a coffee! How dare you make these baristas fix you a drink! UNLESS you like feeling small then by all means… If you prefer better coffee and great attitudes I’d just drive on by this place and go to your nearest Dutch Brothers or Starbucks where you’ll be treated a whole world different and feel better about giving your business and enjoying a sip of caffeine ple
