They didn't start my order until I arrived, made a problem about it, and were treating me very rudely because I was a doordash driver. They wonder why people don't want them here. Send them all back

I love Jack-in-the-Box and I know I can’t expect a lot from the people that work there, but I was at least hoping to get my Order Correct. It was an online order quick pick up and came all the way home to see that my order was incorrect. I called them at that location, somebody answered the phone and just said “hello” There was no “thank you for calling Jack-in-the-Box” or any kind of customer service and no real attempt to try to make it right unless I drive all the way back over there. I’m just left unsatisfied without an appetite anymore and feeling like this issue is not resolved.

I truly believe I got the worst food at this Jack-in-the-Box and I have ever had ordered six tacos today. My wife ate one I tried to eat one and a half finally had to throw them away in the garbage can they were so greasy that I actually got sick, hope you learn from this if you like good tacos, go somewhere else and buy them you’re not gonna get good ones here

Dining area was clean and food was decent. I stepped in the restroom to wash my hands and it was not acceptable. Sign said it was checked every hour but I highly doubt that. There was tape on the napkin dispenser to keep it up. Restroom definitely needs more attention.
