I waited for about 20 minutes and ordered a blended freeze annihilator. They gave me a watered down drink. I tried blending it with the straw and it still wouldn’t blend. It didn’t even taste like the coffee at all. It was very dissatisfying as i was trying to get a coffee before work. I feel like this location can be very hit or miss. Some days i get a really good drink and others i get a drink like today’s.

Love coming to this location but today in the morning i ordered online and went to the window and i they gave me the wrong drink🫠 i did not notice until i got to work. I payed for a drink i did not even drink because it was not what i am used to. I ordered an horchata chai and instead got a really strong coffee . If possible i would like my refund !!, it is understandable that they mix orders because there was a-lot of people but maybe they should be more cautious, the girl who attended me was really polite though.

I would give zero stars if I could. These people really don’t know what’s going on! I tried this today for the first time ever and never again. I placed my order online ahead of time and when I got there they had lost my order. It’s cool tho I’ll stick to my regular ole Starbucks order.

We arrived to a long line. After sitting for several minutes, another person pulled up in a line that appeared closed, just to be helped before us. When mentioned to the person that finally came out to take our order, we were told " we might zag, so yeah you know for next time". Not sorry about that.. Just a "so yeah" . Teach your younger employees proper customer service etiquette.
