Found a long hair in my McNuggets after eating half the box. Absolutely disgusting. The staff didn’t apologize or say a single word — just stared at it and silently handed me a new box like that somehow fixed the situation. I already lost my appetite and couldn’t even continue eating. Very poor hygiene and even worse customer service.

there is nothing more that pisses me off than a fast paced chain restaurant that has employees that don’t speak English. Couldn’t order what I originally wanted due to this issue and 3 times already have these workers put no sugar in my coffee nor vanilla in my vanilla latte. It’s 7 am I get it! It’s also 7 am and I want what I ordered because I don’t have the time to turn around and correct it! What the hell!!!

ordered online and went through the drive through to pick it up. the girl told me they were closed even though i already ordered. pulled up to the window to ask about a refund, they shut the window on me. then tried calling them, asked them about a refund and she hung up on me before i could even finish speaking. took my money i guess. employees here are always so rude and careless. if you can’t handle dealing with customers then don’t work in the industry.

Be prepared to wait at this location no matter what time of day you arrive. Staff always in the back gossiping and no one is ever at the counter. Better management needed.
