I'm surprised that this Chick-fil-A location has some bad reviews. I'm a really good observer who makes proper judgements and this specific Chick-fil-A spot is really good. The staff members treat their customers with an abundance of kindness. Also, the Cobb Salad without bacon and with grilled chicken nuggets in it instead of fried chicken that I ordered was fantastic. Don't believe the handful of negative reviews.

Best chic fil a I have been to. Friendly staff who joked around with me, but also accommodated all of my needs. Very large interior which was kept very clean. Plenty of parking and large drive through. Overall, the best of what a fast food place can give.

This is one of the best Chick-Fil-A's I have visited. I went here a few times while I was in town and the food was always fresh and hot, specially the fries. Service was always on point, both in the drive-thru or inside, and I felt like the employees went above and beyond here. There was this super sweet employee there (I think her name was Kadence) who took my orders every time and she was just a pleasure to interact with. Super bright young girl and so courteous and well mannered. The rest of the staff with whom I interacted with was also great. Keep up the good work everyone!

Chick-fil-A is known for having some of the best customer service in the industry, which is why this visit was disappointing. Maybe it was because it was a Saturday—the end of a long workweek—but several employees seemed to be dragging their feet rather than staying attentive and engaged. One employee, Jodyn, in particular, was not friendly and needs more training in basic customer service. I also ran into a small but telling issue: I couldn’t find any napkins. When I asked for some, I was told they would come with the food. When the order arrived, there were only two napkins for two people
