This location is such a dream. The house made watermelon 🍉 drink on one of the sunbeds in the backyard with their French fries is the equivalent to a day of therapy. Worth every minute. Sweetest bartenders and staff. Just gorgeous and literally on the beach. Affordable prices. Connected to the Kimpton Hotel and right there on Collins Avenue. Private Cabanas available and of course there big swimming pool. They also have fun games in the back like corn hole and smaller pools. The atmosphere is immaculate and beautiful.

Friendly, attentive staff. Cleanliness is my priority and it satisfied that box. Pool area with hot tub was superb. Cold towels, water to drink, towels at the ready. Public bathrooms cleaned regularly. Atmosphere is resort like and so is the staff's attentiveness. Rooms is small but large enough because we weren't in it much. Rooms is tastefully decorated and hotel was kept up as best as possible and updated not to ruin the architecture. Family friendly with kids for our kids to play with. Billiards table a plus. Would stay again. Beach front. Don't hesitate to stay here.
