I appreciated the cashier who is pictured in my photos. She was pleasant, warm and welcome. I wanted to order from the secret menu and she was so patient with me and humorous. This location was a bit crowded, but the staff seem to move expeditiously to fill everyone's order.

Love this Starbucks location. Friendly staff, great atmosphere and lots of seatings available. Coffee tastes good like it’s expected. Prices are reasonable and a bit cheaper than some other Starbucks places.

Stopped by this Starbucks while walking along Lincoln Road and it was a good place to take a quick break. Really convenient location and nice to sit outside and watch everything going on around you. It gets pretty busy most of the time, so there can be a bit of a wait, but the drinks were made well and came out as expected. Staff were friendly and handled the rush fine. Overall, a solid Starbucks in a great spot if you need a coffee while exploring Lincoln Road.

Service during my visit was disappointing. The cashier handling my order was dismissive and unprofessional, which made the interaction uncomfortable. Food, service, and overall atmosphere did not meet the usual Starbucks standards I expect. Hopefully this location improves consistency and customer service
