Dear Chick-fil-A, I’ve never commented publicly before, but I feel it’s important to share this experience. My fiancé recently ordered a to-go salad from your restaurant, and when He got home, we realized that half of the salad was missing. If it were a delivery order, I might have assumed it was an issue with the driver, but in this case, it clearly happened during preparation. I’m sharing this as constructive feedback for the salad makers — if you’re having a difficult day, please don’t take it out on customers. This place is NOT worth going to. My daughter and I went in with our puppy (goldendoodle) in her leash. When we were making the line to order the Manager Tony, told us the dog cannot be inside. While our experiences at other chic fil-a have been significantly better, where they even offer "pup -cups" or even gift our puppy a free Chic fil a Neck band. This place and their staff are the worst. Never going back!

I’m throughly disappointed in the level of service I received this morning. I was in line to order breakfast and while in line the sign changed it was approximately 10:32am. I pulled up to the speaker and asked to place a breakfast order and the rep said we’re only serving lunch. I was in this long line prior to 10:30am. A 2 minute difference between hash browns and fries is crazy.
