We’ve been to B Bistro in Brickell a couple of times, and honestly, I always have a great experience here. The atmosphere is very nice, service is friendly, and overall it’s a great spot for breakfast. This time I had the smoked salmon omelet with avocado on the side — everything was well presented and tasted really good. The tea and coffee were excellent, and the croissant was fresh and delicious. My wife ordered the avocado toast, and it was a bit too sour, slightly salty, and a little spicy for her taste. That said, I wouldn’t take away a star for that — it could’ve just been a one-time t

What a find before a day at the mall! B Bistro + Bakery completely delivered and then some. Our host was the highlight of the experience. Attentive, personable, and genuinely helpful with recommendations: exactly the kind of service that makes a meal memorable. The drinks were great, and her suggestions did not disappoint. We sat outside and it was the perfect setup. Comfortable, a lovely view, and surprisingly quiet. No fighting to hold a conversation, just good food and a good atmosphere. This was our first time eating at B Bistro + Bakery, and we were completely blown away! The food, pastries + drinks were amazing. I ordered the pain au chocolat to begin and then the chicken chillaquiles - everything so fresh and truly authentic, so much spices and flavor in the dish as well. Our waitress, Karen, was amazing and so helpful, such an absolute delight!! If you’re around the area, I highly recommend checking this place out!
