Knowing LA Prime first from Sawtelle and I remember I was quite impressed by the acai bowl that came with pretty generous portion. So knowing they’re also here in West Adams with a plus point that sit down space was provided, so obviously I was giving it a go. They did have shared free parking lot with some other tenants within the complex, giving it another bonus point. Price was pretty affordable for the portion. I got their Dolce Latte and I was pleased that temperature was pretty hot just like how I fancied my hot coffee. Typically I was disappointed by the lukewarm one that I mostly had

First time here and the spot is small but the atmosphere is amazing! I had the fresh toast so delicious and perfectly cooked! Price is decent, you just have to order and pay before you sit down, which i understand for the area. Will be coming back!

One of the best breakfast places to come to eat . Gio greets you with a smile and positive vibes . The food tastes and looks great . The Churro waffle is amazing and the sandwiches are 10/10. The drinks are amazing as well. Everyone is friendly.

Nice small spot to have breakfast! Great vibes and the staff are super friendly. I had the waffle with scrambled eggs and bacon. The coffee was great as well. I recommend! Also, I forgot my purse at the table I was sitting that. The staff came running out to our car with my purse. I’m so grateful they did that! 🙏🏽 It showed me that they care for their customers.
