This place is genuinely one of my favorite restaurants, which is why the experience I had today was even more disappointing. From the very beginning, the cashier’s attitude was extremely unprofessional. When I asked if an additional adult could be added to my meal after being told that we could not pay separately, she rolled her eyes and slammed her hand on the counter in apparent frustration. This place is a hit or miss and today was a miss. Went in on Sunday (March 15) and we got to sitting down. Everything seemed fine at first but then when we went to grab our first plate we noticed that the clean plates were still dirty. Went in for second’s and decided to get a salad but notice there was a dead bug on the lettuce. Literally watched our server cleaned the tables with cleaning solution like she’s suppose to but when she got to spraying, she literally sprayed the cleaning solutions on top of the salt and pepper shaker. The food was pretty good, especially for a buffet, they had a lot of great options and for dinner option, they have steaks and ribs, I mean the steaks aren't filet minions or t-bone or what not but are still pretty decently seasoned and you can get them cooked to just about your liking. The salad bar has a good variety as well. They have taco and nacho fix-ins if you so desire and they have a vast variety of options on their desert bar including cakes fruits ice creams and even slushies.. it is a great place to take the kids even the pickiest ones. Bathrooms were beyond disgusting had to tell manager and he acted like it was nothing no apology for the lack of cleanliness. There were piles of toilet paper and papertowels in the stalls. 7:00 pm 2/28/26. Food was ok found dirty dishes every time we went to get a plate. 2 sets of knifes and forks were dirty when we sat down. Didn't wait till whole party was at the table to sing the birthday song..... seriously you guys can do better... really disappointed. Overall a bad experience. Probably never again not worth $85 at all.
