Last two times I’ve gone to this location they’ve messed up my order in the exact same way. The first time they made it wrong I went back to the store and gave them back all the food and asked for a full refund. For whatever reason the manager did not want to give me my cash back (I paid with CASH) and instead offered a gift card for the value of my order. I do not recommend that you go to this location. Just go to the one in Mercedes it’s 10 times better. Will not be supporting this franchise owner.

I had previously gone and had a horrible experience. I decided to give them a second chance. My Gosh I'm glad I did. Andrea, the cashier did an absolutely beautiful job. The language she uses to serve is poetic and perfect. I took notice as I work in the service industry. My food was delivered by a lovely team member named Caytie. A brilliant smile, dazzling eyes and welcoming and hospitable spirit. The ideal Chick-fil-A team member. The food was so much better this time too....a wonderful experience. I'll definitely come back again. That negative one had to be a "fluke."

I went during rush hour 12p-1p during the week and there was a long line of cars in the drive thru. I was able to make my order and get it while I waited in line. It was simple and quick. I got everything I ordered without any issues. Great service overall!!

I ordered food through the app and went to pick it up, only to be told the restaurant was out of ice cream. That part was understandable. However, I was then informed that I had to go through the drive-through line in order to cancel my order. One employee was actually able to walk through the line and cancel the order for me, which showed that it could have been handled differently from the start. Unfortunately, by that point I was already stuck in the drive-through line for another 10–15 minutes just trying to get back out. If this was something that could have been resolved without making
