Stopped by for their Kids Bowl Free program & ended up having a better time than I expected! They had a one time karaoke night & my son & his friend had their first karaoke experience. They are still asking when can we go back. The lady at the front desk (wish I had asked her name, but it was around 3:30 on April 15th, if y’all wanna give her a raise 😉, when we checked in) was the absolute best! She was so helpful & kind. The manager was great! Super friendly & you could tell he is just a cool guy. Laid back & took time to really talk to us. 10/10 recommend

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My daughter had a birthday party at Altitude. They also stay open until 1:00 on Saturday's. Such a fun arcade! There’s a great variety of games for all ages, from classic arcade favorites to newer games. The place was clean, lively, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Perfect spot for birthdays, date nights, or just hanging out with friends. Definitely coming back!

The atmosphere was great, but the experience was ruined when we exchanged our tickets for toys. My toddler was taking her time to get what she could afford, all the while the worker was eyeing us. We asked if we could buy an item since it was over the tickets, but she rudely refused and said we could buy them at 5 and below. Another coworker or friend stood there staring at us without asking for help or looking busy. We had these “workers” stare us down & not say a single word for more than 20-25 mins, to say it was uncomfortable was an understatement. But we didn’t want to acknowledge it beca

Took my kids to altitude yesterday evening for my son’s birthday. They were super busy, very pricey though. There was a short wait for bowling but it wasn’t too bad maybe about 20 minutes. The manager I spoke to was amazing! I should’ve got her name but she was the one with tattoos on her arm. She was very helpful with explaining the process of everything. Our server Casey was good too. She recommended the pizza/game card combo and it was delicious .The kids had fun, would definitely come back.
