Ordered ONE milkshake through the drive thru. We were second in line and waiting . The girl who took our order came out the side door and cashed us out because the car in front of us had a huge order. She said she'd be right back with the shake. She came back and handed us the shake and walked away. We sipped the drink only to realize it was the wrong shake. We ordered a strawberry/ banana and what we got was a chocolate oreo. First time at sonic. I tasted (a bite/sip) the chicken sandwich and the philly as well as the dragon fruit slushie. It was better than I expected. Customer service was excellent ! The woman they had working at the window needs to be cloned! Good thing it's about 40 minutes away from us!

Went there just after 1pm on a weekday with the family. We ordered a bunch of food from hot dogs, to corn dogs, chicken tenders, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, fries and drinks. When I tell you nothing was good, I'm not exaggerating! Hot dogs were refrigerator cold, onions rings tasted like freezer, mozzarella sticks were like chewing rubber, the tenders were just as tough, my drink which was supposed to have redbull in it, came out with no redbull which the server was nice enough to tell me they ran out of rebulls. I ordered on the app thinking it will be quicker. When I arrived, it wouldn’t let me “check in” so I had to turn around and go through the drive thru anyway. It took me THIRTY minutes in line in the drive thru to get my food. I only stayed because my food was already paid for. There were only 3 cars in front of me. AND my order was wrong/they forgot to get me a straw for my drink.
