It's a shame that some people forget that they're in the service industry and that being respectful or courteous to other people isn't a favor. Today I was there for about 20 minutes and i could tell that none of the ladies working front counter smiled or interacted with customers not even once. When an elderly customer asked if the prepared drink was his, the lady instead of checking for him, she was just abrupt and borderline rude and saying things in the line of "does it have your name on it?" and "check your order details." Honestly it's a shame that people are becoming like this to each o

I come to this location frequently, but the service has become consistently disappointing. Every visit is marked by unprofessionalism and a complete lack of organization. Even when I order ahead online, I’m still waiting 10 to 15 minutes for a single cup of coffee while the staff fails to mark whether orders are ready or even in progress. It’s frustrating to be a loyal customer and have a bad experience every single time.

Pretty disappointed i ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso and i opened my cup after a couple sips wondering why the cup felt heavy and when i was shaking the cup all i heard was ice. I ordered 2 venti drinks that came out total of $26 just for my drink to be watered down with ice this is ridiculous.
