I stopped by your Jack’s location in Prattville Alabama off of Cobbs Ford rd for dinner takeout. The staff was incredibly friendly and the interior was clean. My order was filled quick. My meals, chopped steaks, and fried chicken was hot and fresh. The portion sizes are very filling. I will definitely coming back!

I've never been to a jacks before so I can't say how this compares to other ones. This one was clean, quiet and the service was fast. The chicken sandwich was very good and so were the fries. Hard to feed a family of 4 for $30 these days so we were very satisfied

Ordered online for 6 people (my daughter, 4 of my grandkids and myself). They said it would be ready in 20 mins and when my daughter arrived in a little < 20 mins, all of it was . Fries were hot and fresh and everything was great!! Full family was happy and satisfied!!! P.S. Didn't eat in but my daughter went inside to get her order and said she had excellent service. The workers were being nice and respectful, and the restaurant was clean. Keep up the good work 👍. Good CS is rare lately.

I was so hungry and I went to Jack’s. I never ate there. The lady in the hotel told me not to go cause it’s horrible. this is the worst restaurant I’ve ever been in. It’s terrible.
