Do not eat here with food allergies. Order rang up on the screen at drive through said they would correct it without egg. The item we ordered did not have egg (sausage cheese mcmuffins). We have a family member with egg allergy. Spoke to manager at pay windows and she assured us it would not have egg. We were rang up for the more expensive item containing egg which we did not order (sausage egg mcgriddles). Open bag whole bag contaminated with egg so we had to get a refund. Waste of our time for breakfast.

Absolutely one of the worse run Mcdonalds, I've encountered. Customer service non-existent. Go elsewhere. There are other fast food restaurants nearby, that deserve your patronage more than this place. Over 20 minute wait for an order of 2 sandwhiches, when we went it to get a refund, we got a non-chalant who cares attitude. As the refund is being processed, the food was magically done, The girl at the counter made it a point to ensure we saw her throw it into the trash, when we said we wanted our refund. No concern for customer service at this location, maybe its time for some training on how

Service at McDonald's was very disappointing. I tried to use a valid app deal code for 15% off an order of $12 or more, but I was repeatedly told it wasn’t working even though it showed active in my app. At the first window I provided the code and showed it on my phone, but there was confusion and no real effort to help resolve the issue. I was asked to pull forward and wait, but the problem was never fixed, so I ended up placing my order without the discount. Overall the experience felt unorganized and unhelpful. Better training and communication would make a big difference when dealing with

All I can say is that the food has shrunk fish filet about the size of a hockey puck. My wife got a mcCrispy chicken sandwich which she expecting lettuce and tomato but no go there just a squished sandwich bun with a slightly warm chicken filet. Did I say slightly warm which is what the whole tasted. Very disappointed you might as well start over
