im highly disappointed in this taco bell. 1.i (and several others)waited 20+ minutes to get food while the workers talked on the phone, to each other and fought over who should take my order and money… 2.the area around me is highly disgusting…floors, tables etc. making it almost impossible to eat in. their kitchen looks almost unsanitary with food all over the floor and stuff all over the counters. i watched some of my food fall into a separate order!!! i know thats not okay. (i work in food service so i would know.) 3.the food was disappointing and half of our orders were UNWRAPPED!! my frie

This location really sucks. I have received the wrong order numerous times. I’m a vegetarian so tbell is one of my fav fast food places, but this location will just give the meat options even after repeating back the vegetarian items ordered. I have had jalapeños added to my orders after clearing saying I don’t want them. The staff have even been creepy & stare.

They continue to leave items out of my orders and prepare them haphazardly. This is supposed to be a taco, not a taco salad. And I'm pretty sure the chicken stacker is supposed to be flat, not balled up. Like this goes beyond mere incompetence into just flat up not doing your job

I ordered a Chalupa with no tomatoes and added jalapeño, but they literally did a Chalupa of just jalapeños and barley any meat. When I felt the Chalupa, it felt like it was full of beef, but once I opened it, it was literally all jalapeños.
