I had an extremely frustrating experience at this McDonald’s late at night (around 2:45–3:00 AM), and I won’t be coming back. I placed a mobile order ahead of time for three items, including a milkshake. When I arrived, I was told the shake machine was “off for cleaning.” That’s already questionable given I placed the order about 8 minutes prior—there was more than enough time to prepare it before shutting anything down. I placed a drive-thru order at this location and ended up wasting an hour because they said they couldn’t find my order and were unable to issue a refund. On top of that, the staff couldn’t communicate in English, which made the situation even more frustrating. This was honestly unacceptable.

Their online system sucks — you end up waiting 10–15 minutes. You’re better off going through the drive-thru. Honestly, you’re way better off picking up your order there instead of going inside. Avoid ordering any kind of double cheeseburger here — it feels like a total rip-off. If you want better service, go to the McDonald’s on Fremont. That location actually respects reasonable prices and good customer service, unlike this one.
