Finally had the chance to come check this place out tonight we arrived at about 5:45 PM and we’re seated promptly. The atmosphere was relaxing and and inviting music playing in the background. Everything gave off a welcoming and chill vibe. We started off with a patty and some fritters everything was seasoned with a great balance not too salty not over seasoned not underseasoned. The patties had a great flaky crust the fritters were fried to perfection not oily. We were a party of three for our main entrées. We had the meatballs, jerk, chicken, and oxtails for sides. The last Jamaican spot I went to in Milwaukee didn’t have anything I actually wanted… but this place? Oh, they had EVERYTHING. So naturally, I ordered… well, everything. And let me tell you—it was all chef’s kiss. The owner herself came out to serve us, and she was amazing—super nice, welcoming, and proud of her food (and she should be!). You could taste that love in every bite. The oxtails? Melt-in-your-mouth good. The jerk chicken? Smoked perfection. And the rice & peas? I drowned them in gravy like a true Jamaican uncle would say, “Dat’s how yuh eat it,” and it was absolutely delicious. H
