I walked in Friday morning and was hit with the delicious smell of fresh banana bread. The atmosphere was busy and the chatter of other patrons filled in the space it was warm and welcoming and I definitely felt it. I ordered with ease since the menu was easy to read. I ordered a turkey and apple sandwich along with the drink of the month of August ( the mini donut latte ). Met a friend here for coffee, wanted a break from the chains. There is something about a neighborhood place. The decor is like retro 1960's diner which is kinda cool, The staff was friendly, the coffee was good, But the big reason to go here are the bakery items. I had a scone fresh form the oven, and watched tray after tray of muffins and scones cone out the oven over the course of my visit.
