As far as I’m concerned, this place should be called “Wings and Rings and Other Great things.” We tried the korean boneless wings (as pictured in the menu).. A+ I’m usually a traditional guy but found myself devouring these. We also tried the hickory smoked wings and the southern fried wings. On the side we got the blueberry chipotle bbq sauce and a Cajun rub. The hickory smoked wings needed no sauce/rub. They were outstanding on their own. Went here with my son, who lives in town, since I’m a big fan of wings. We were seated very quickly and had a server assigned right away. The inside looks about like what you'd expect from a wing place nowadays. The server was nice and attentive, though she didn’t seem like she really wanted to be there based on her expression. We decided to get a meal for two with 20 wings and two sides. It was great that we could split the sauces, since I prefer mild and he prefers extra hot. Although it was the messiest sandwich I have ever been served, I liked my blueberry coleslaw chipotle bbq chicken thing. Great flavour and crispness. Happy this is still here and did not change like the Bismarck one did. This was or first stop when we arrived in Minot. Love the food. Much better than that national wing place. We'll come back for sure!
