Since when has CFA gone so down hill? Came here for chicken minis one morning through the drive thru took them to work and bit in one and it tasted squishy and chewy and looked pink. Took it back to the restaurant and showed the MOD and was told it was a tendon that wasn’t supposed to be in the nugget but it wasn’t raw and I would be fine. Gave them another chance today went through the drive thru for chicken minis got them to work and there is a dark HAIR wrapped around the nugget inside of the mini. Great chic-fil-a. I have a specific complaint. There was a guy here that arrived, didn't purchase anything, sat at a giant table by himself and he set up his laptop and several electronics. He worked on his laptop for over an hour, loudly humming to music in his headphones. He took up a giant table at a crowded time of day and we had nowhere to sit because the staff had no initiative to fix this situation. The staff were kind and the food was good. I love this chain restaurant. I just think these situations require some intervention. This guy has been here 90 minutes. Sucks that the staff

Five Star dining in Mint Hill! We usually have a great experience and the staff are always sweet but the food was exceptional today! Fries are perfectly cooked and packed and the sandwich portions were perfect. My son is very happy after school testing 🌻

I visited this Chick-fil-A earlier with my sister, and we had such a great experience! Yamile was incredibly sweet and attentive when she helped us. A big thank you to Kim as well, who checked in on us and offered drink refills. Honestly, every staff member we encountered was so friendly and helpful. I really love this location and will definitely be back!
