I don’t know what happened to this location but I am very disappointed. I usually order my iced coffee with extra cream and some form of syrup, and they have NEVER looked this light or tasted this much like just sugary milk and water. So I went back and told the employee and she politely said she could remake it, but another employee walked by the window and laughed and said “well that’s what she ordered!” I don’t know if she thought I couldn’t hear her but I did and I did not appreciate that. This is why I hate taking food and drinks back because I’m genuinely not trying to hurt anyone’s feel

Disappointing experience at this location. A $6 meal was clearly advertised on the drive-thru menu board, but when I tried to order it, I was told the promotion was outdated and would not be honored—even though it was still displayed and not marked as expired. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told I already was, and another employee then told me to “go ahead and leave.” Poor customer service and misleading advertising. This situation could have been handled much more professionally.

I travel a lot for work. I’ve been to many different Dunkin’s across many different states. This is BY FAR, the worst one I have ever experienced. Not only did I sit in the drive through for over 30 minutes but they messed up my order so horribly I took one sip and threw it out. As soon as they handed it to me, I knew it was wrong but I didn’t have anymore time to wait. This is usually an excellent Dunkin'. However, today I placed my mobile order as normal via the drive-thru, only to be told they were out of matcha, which was fine. What wasn't fine was how the employee working the drive-thru aggressively informed me that she could not cancel the order on her end and that I needed to call customer service myself. So I sat there for a few minutes, completely unacknowledged, while she and other employees gossiped, which I recorded.
