Haven't been to Panera in quite a while and now I know why. Completely disappointing. For $60 we got 2 sandwiches and soups, a smoothie and a cookie at half off. Insane. Pics speak for themselves. Spoiled greens, sloppily made. On top of that the portions have gotten smaller while the price has increased. Save yourself the money

I think this place is a bit overpriced for mediocre food. I ordered the You Pick 2 combo and my lunch of a chili soup and a sparse Green Goddess salad was $20! I got water since I didn't want to spend any more money on an ok tasting lunch.

I used to love Panera, this restaurant has gone down hill. I ordered a fuji chicken salad. Upon receiving it there was no chicken but had plenty of rotten lettuce. When I contacted customer care, they gave me an offer of free delivery on my next order. I am not sure what is worse the food, the customer service or the service of the staff that didn't listen and were too busy goofing off. Sad to say I will not be back.

I avoid this branch at all costs. The manager Rocky is so rude and I always feel like the resent me for being a customer. Additionally, the bathrooms are usually dirty and not stocked which wouldn't be the worst thing except for they also smell like an open sewer pipe sitting in the blazing sun. With poor customer service and smelly bathrooms, it's just not worth it. The tables are dirty and you have to ask and even sometimes complain for them to clean it well. Overall when they do give u service they do a lazy job that makes u have to ask more then once for decentcy, Make the drive up to the
