Cute and trendy little cocktail bar in the Mission. Lots of seating, with tables partitioned far enough apart that you can have a bit of privacy. Soft lighting and chill music, so you can have a conversation at regular volume without needing to shout over background noise. Nice spot for a date or to catch up with a friend. Very long menu of cocktails, mocktails, and other drinks. They don't have any food other than chips.

I’ve been to this bar many times but have never had such a bad experience. We had been there not 1 hour and ordered 4 drinks when Dan asked us to leave if we weren’t ordering more. I asked him if there was a time limit for the table and he said no. I told him we had ordered 4 drinks in less than an hour and he rudely said « it feels like you’ve been here for 2 hours. » We had been having a nice time and would have ordered more drinks but were so disrespected by Dan that we left. The ID Security person was reading Sylvia Plath’s semi-autobiographical novel “The Bell Jar” with a clip-on-booklight when we handed her our IDs, and that should tell you everything you need to know about this hidden gem. It takes itself seriously as a sophisticated bar with just a hint of pretentiousness that is, admittedly, well-earned: the drinks are good, and they know they’re good. We love this bar, however - we had been here for 1 hour and ordered 4 drinks, Dan the bartender :/ waiter asked us to leave and he was very rude to al of us. Very rude bartender and not inclusive or welcoming.
