Expect long wait time in drive thru. I have gone a few times to this location and employees apparently have a hard time listening when customers are ordering. I went today and it’s still not fixed. The employee told me they didn’t have spicy chicken sandwiches then at the end said they did, so I ordered it. The employee in the drive thru was rude. Once we arrived home, my son saw the chicken in the sandwich was undercooked. This is why I’ll stick to the shary locations.

15 min for a walk in large mocha coffee with no one in line when the girl finally took my order she decided to go to the restroom told the other girl make it. Other one turns around to hide and starts wailing on her phone while touching food. Drive thru girls says you make the Ice fcoffe she said I'm busy...on her phone. She asks her who's it for she says the guy standing there. You make it or wait till I'm done...on her phone. Drive thru girl takes 5 orders then finally proceeds to call a number when she knew it was for me...drops it on the counter walks away. No thank you sorry for the wait

My order was incorrect. The lady at the drive thru didn’t let me wait and told me to pull up past the window. My order was missing the Whopper Jr, mayo packets and two sauces. I had to get down and lady just looked at me and said they were out of buffalo sauce. Rude and horrible customer service. They don’t read the order correctly!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place gets my order wrong so often it’s becoming a joke. The crazy part is the order is right there on the screen and they still mess it up. Also, every time I order a Whopper Jr. combo they ask if I want a medium or large. What happened to small? Why do I have to specifically ask for the size that comes with the combo? Between the wrong orders and the upselling every visit, it’s hard to leave without something being off.
