Ordered an Original Chicken Sandwich for lunch and when I had got back to work to have my meal, after a couple of bites, I noticed my chicken sandwich had NO mayo and NO lettuce. Just a dry chicken patty and dry bread. My coworker got the same thing and her chicken sandwicj only had mayo. Still NO lettuce. Did they run out of lettuce and just decided not to let anyone know?? I would also like to add that the fries were very salty and STALE.

Today picked up my grandson from school arrived at 5:45 pm today tuesday may 12th. And ordered food .while doing so the speaker 🔊 didn't work has to be fixed in order to order food correctly. I ask for 1 order of tacos 🌮 and I love them fresh I live 2 blocks away from BBK. Disappointed because my order of tacos 🌮 were very very soggy and aweful. I ordered on the app and arrived at the franchise about 10 minutes later to find the side door closest to the parking was locked. After entering, it took them a minute to be acknowledged, and it was at this time that they put my order in. The bathroom was dirty, but I've seen worse, and you couldn't wash your hands in the trickle coming out of the faucet. The other restroom had a handwritten sign on it the read, employees only.
