WORSE THAN MCDONALDS - Asianae & Debbie worked the drive thru today. The first order they messed up and I asked for a refund after waiting 30 minutes for the wrong order. Debbie said they don’t do refunds and when I asked they also told me the items I originally ordered were out of stock so they offered me something of lesser value. They made the replacement wrong then I had to go back … they made that one wrong too then proceeded to try again over 5 times until they got it right on #6. I spent an hour at Wendy’s and was robbed. Horrible!!! I did a mobile order and waited a hour for my food. Then when I asked for a refund was told they don’t give them. They are cheating numbers and telling people to pull up to stop the clock. Then after waiting, the gave me the wrong food and got an attitude because they kept messing up. AND STILL FOGOT ONE BURGER!! I had three burgers, two nuggets, two fries, two drinks, and one potato, whats so hard about that?? I wish I could put less than one star. Absolute worst service possible. The past 3 times I have gone to this location I have been kept waiting nearly 45 minutes for food, which is usually wrong and then I have to wait longer for it to be remade. They have given my food to the wrong cars. They have rung up the wrong orders all together. No matter how they screw up they are flat out rude about it, even the management has been both rude and incompetent any time I have had to interact with them. I do not understand how they possibly stay in business.

Awful service, gave me an incomplete order and when I ask for the rest of the order they didn’t wanted to complete it because they said that the extra small chili I pay for was the chili for the salad as well, I was supposed to get 2 cups of chili as far as I know, the “manager” refused to complete the order I had already pay for. Requested a refund and they refused to refund me, know I have to wait and hope that corporate decides to give me MY $25 back. I understand now why everyone in Laplace said that Wendy’s in airline is trash
