This was the most mediocre restaurant I've been to in a very long time. The price should reflect an excellent dinner but that is not what we received. The only thing that was hot was the desert. The fettuccine alfredo was bland. The French fries were cold. The steak was not hot and did not taste fresh.

The food was a bit overpriced for the portions we got. 2 sourdough bread bowls were about $20 each, and a plate of fries and 4 pieces of fried shrimp was $30. However, our server was very entertaining and warm, which made our experience much better.

My second time here and it’s been amazing both times!!! The servers are impeccable and full of personality. Hayden and Robert are standouts!! The views are gorgeous. The food is so delicious. Only place around with snow crab legs which I love!! No wait on a friday night. I guess this is the slow season but i have no idea why this place isn’t busier. I can’t recommend it highly enough!!

Waiter Haydon was professional and friendly. Food ordered was perfect. Fish and chips delicious, moist and crispy. The fries were crisp and delicious. The clow slaw was fresh and tasty. The Clam Chowder, was the best I had in a long time. More delicious than Old Fisherman’s Grotto! Definitely will return on our next Monterey trip! Price for meal in a nice restaurant was very reasonable!
