They served us bad country ham im still sick from that food 3 days ago. Not worth it for the price we paid for really bad food we could've went to the waffle house and paid less and not end up with food poisoning. We got a breakfast casserole bowl, waffle with sausage, and a breakfast sandwich with a side of country ham and 3 drinks 46 dollars ill never be back at this establishment.

My wife and I ate in Mooresville NC at Corine’s Cafe on Sunday. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful . My wife got a veggie plate , and I got hamburger steak , pinto beans , and green beans . The food wasn’t seasoned tasted plain and bland . We were thinking homemade or home cooking! Not the case major disappointment. We even opted to forgo the deserts due to the food having little or no flavor . They didn’t really seem busy , but perhaps it was an off day for them ? There are a lot of one and two stars for a reason. It is pretty awful. I really wanted to like this spot as most local country kitchens are excellent. Other than very inexpensive, it was bad - really bad. I had fried pork chops and mashed potatoes. The pork chops were thin and reminded me of a piece of leather. Zero flavor. No seasoning. The mashed potatoes are instant, and not even good instant. They had the consistency of grits and very watered down. A read a couple review about the gravy, it does taste very strange, not good. We were asked to pick any seat when we walked in. The waitress came over pretty quickly and was very friendly. We placed our order but while we were waiting for our breakfast, a roach started crawling up the wall beside my wife and then scurried down the divider. At that point we no longer wanted to eat. The waitress was kind about it and even though I offered to pay the bill, she told us there was no charge.
