Aliyyah, the owner, was absolutely amazing—super friendly, engaging, and intentional with every person who came through the door. LOVE THIS PLACE!! My friend got an iced matcha and I got the cardamom and lavender iced latte. Trinity (hope I’m spelling your name right!!) was so nice and sweet and suggested adding strawberry to the matcha which SET IT OFF!!! Trinity is such a lovely spirit and the drinks were delicious. My first time staying in Harlem and I stumbled on an incredible Black-owned coffee shop that was an absolute vibe. The owner radiates a vibrant, beautiful energy, the space is visually on point, and the coffee and food were outstanding. I ordered the Morningside sandwich, a blueberry muffin, and an oat-milk latte—10/10 across the board. The hot-sauce kick on the “crisps everything” butter croissant was next-level, and that muffin has no business being that good. Black ownership x Black & Brown coffee-maker supporters—you simply can’t go wrong here. I’ll definitely be back.
