The waitress in the photo was the rudest person I have ever encountered. From the beginning, she seemed distracted, forgot about our table, and repeatedly mixed up our order. One dish in particular was completely incorrect. When we explained that we would not eat or pay for food we had not ordered, she insisted that we pay for everything and came across as almost threatening. To make matters worse, when we asked for her name, she appeared to give us a false one "Ari"which may actually belong to one of her colleagues. Really expected but as much so is my disappointed. I sat down and being said that be right be with me. That didn't happen. She eventually seems to forgot me so I went to the counter. No apologies were there. And I was very quiet and polite. I don't like being otherwise, but it seems in some places it feels like you can step on or forgotten. The food was ok, but luck flavorness in my opinion. Like some lemon or olive oil in the salad, more flavor for the falafel (which was well made actually), the shug wasn't spicy at all.. . I might give the place another chance and hope to be proven different

This is an amazing music venue. Come, drink, dance! The place has really cool and unpretentious vibe. We have not eaten there and they seem to have an interesting menu. However, we watched friends waiting an excruciatingly long time for a food order - the well-meaning kitchen staff seemed totally overwhelmed. This could have been a blip, so see if other reviews support this. Best option seems to be to come very early (before bands come on) to eat or dine elsewhere.
