Disappointed. I ordered via door dash and had high expectations because of the amount of good reviews.. However definitely doesn't live up to the hype.. Especially at the price... They didn't even bother to send sauce or napkins. Got my order wrong as well.. Overpriced. The bread of the chicken sandwich was stale. The chimi club sandwich nothing great. Over priced at 16$ for the club sandwich doesn't even bring fries!! The wings look nothing like what was advertised. Tasteless and no flavor or side sauce. NOTHING. Fries were EH. Again .... I ordered the Bobo Burger. Unfortunately, I wasn’t asked how I wanted my burger cooked, though I did mention medium- well. The burger ended up being cooked well done. While it was still decent, it would have been better if my preference had been confirmed. On the positive side, the bacon was perfectly crisp, the fries were hot, crispy, and not soggy, and the sauces were flavorful and tasty. My mom ordered the Churrasco with roasted veggies and tostones. The steak itself was good, but the tostones were slightly undercooked and could have benefited from being fried a bit longer. Plantains were undercooked meat over cooked , we couldn't even tell what was "chicken" or "beef". It also looked as they gave us the fry meat from the bottom of the fry pit. When we contacted the restaurant to see if they would fix the order the lady who answered the phone advise we should talk to the kitchen. The way I see it is this is your brand if the kitchen failed to cook it why didn't the person who packed sent it back to be fixed this was a 60.00 Plus order and my party did not get to enjoy it. Hope the owner is aware of the disconnect between the employees and the customer.
