The store is nice but it took over 10 minutes to get my order, although to be fair, it was busy. The KICKER is that they had the audacity to serve me two EXTREMELY BURNT bagel sandwiches! Like you seriously assembled it and thought, “meh, that’s fine.” Are you kidding me?! That is so disrespectful. I’m working on getting my money back ASAP.

Went through the drive-thru for a simple order literally a few minutes ago. Mind you it wasn’t busy, no other cars waiting. We ordered an iced caramel craze latte & 10 munchkins (half reg glazed & half chocolate glazed). My latte was harsh & not sweet at all & we were given a variety of munchkins instead of what was asked for. It’s extremely irritating even after the order was read back to us at the window, like how was it still wrong? I have never experienced customer service this bad at a Dunkin’ before. I had to repeat my order FOUR times, and it was STILL made incorrectly. That’s not a mistake that’s complete disregard for the customer. Listening is the most basic part of the job, and it clearly wasn’t happening. On top of that, the attitude from the employee was unbelievably rude from start to finish. Instead of trying to fix the issue, I was met with irritation and dismissiveness, like I was the problem for expecting my order to be right. It’s honestly unacceptable. Excellent place for hanging out with fnf. This is the biggest Dunkin I've been, with a lot of menu offerings. There's cute tables for kids, and small stairs for kids to see the ice cream options. Moderately clean, staffs are well behaved. Highly recommend for big and small gathering. They also have a party room available for booking.
