We were visiting Chicago and would like to try their famous deep dish pizza, ordered delivery from this restaurant. Well, delivery was messed up by Uber Eats driver, but Chef from the restaurant sent us new order! Which was nice and delicious! Thank you very much, I had hungry dancer waiting for it ;) Great food! We absolutely love Tortorice’s pizza. Always fresh, hot and delicious. We called in today for a delayed pick up. Picked up our pizza , when we got home we realized it wasn’t what we ordered. I called to let them know what happened. The manager apologized and said that they would deliver a new pizza that was what we ordered. It was here in 20 minutes. You don’t see that kind of wonderful customer service anymore.
