Always wanted to try hot pot and finally got the chance to try it and happy I chose this for first time. Definitely a great experience. We ordered both the spicy and mild broths to get the best of both worlds. The flavors were surprisingly addictive and the whole experience of cooking everything at the table made it even more fun. I always make it a point to visit Happy Lamb Hot Pot whenever I’m in town visiting family, and this location never disappoints. Honestly, I think it’s even better than the Vegas one. It’s not all-you-can-eat, but the quality really makes up for it. The leg of lamb is absolutely delicious—super tender and flavorful. I’d skip the lamb skewers though, they weren’t as impressive. Solid hotpot restaurant. Nice atmosphere and pretty clean. We can for lunch and they don't have AYCE for lunch which was a bummer, but the lunch specials were okay. About $21 for lunch potluck. The meats like ribeye, lamb, pork belly was pretty good. It just was a little on the quantity side. Quality-wise it was on par with most Happy Lambs. The service was great- and people helpful. One of the better hot pot places in the Bay Area. You order à la carte, which is nice because you get to pick and choose what to get. The broth comes out first and then the rest of the items come out as soon as the kitchen has them ready (no particular order). The beef and lamb is always flavorful here and decently priced.
