Solid thai place in the bay, I have been here now twice! The Taro Samosas are delicious, slightly sweet and yummy. The time I just went, I got tofu red curry and rice, spring rolls, and pad kee mao. The pad kee mao was very colorful and full of veggie, but I feel like there wasn’t that much in terms of tofu and noodles. The red curry was great, and I got both these as medium and it still had a solid amount of heat, I can only imagine how thai spicy is, since I usually go for hot! Tried this Thai place for dinner with a couple friends and had a really nice experience. The food came out fresh and full of flavor without being overly spicy. I ordered the pad see ew and it was probably my favorite dish of the night. The staff were friendly and checked on us just enough without being pushy. The restaurant was clean and had a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to enjoy the meal. Prices seemed fair for the portion sizes too. Not every dish was perfect, but overall we left happy and would definetly come back when we're craving Thai food again.

Amazing Thai restaurant located in a small strip mall in Mountain View. Delicious food and great service. If you enjoy authentic Thai street food, Khao Kang is a must try. The food can be ordered with various levels of heat to cater to your personal taste. My girlfriend usually orders medium. I enjoy very spicy food so I order Thai hot and it never disappoints. The ambiance of the restaurant is quiet and cozy with a few tables for outdoor dining. Plenty of parking. It can get busy on Friday and Saturday nights.
