This was the first time I’ve ever been dissatisfied at a Chick fil a. I usually have great experiences. This time they forgot both of my drinks, and I had to wait awhile to get help from someone and my food started getting cold. And then they forgot my cookie and that took 10 minutes to get, and they put pickles on my husband’s sandwich when he asked for none. Even after 3 different things happened, I was not offered any discount or coupon or anything for my troubles. -Super slow service -Why are you guys so slow especially with an online order- makes no sense? -I'm not even from here and I've been to Chick-fil-A's all over the country and this has been the slowest!!! - there needs to be a separate line for mobile orders and regular orders; what's the purpose of having two drive through lines if they are going to be slow anyway? MY ADVICE: DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION!!

Amazing place with great customer service. Bare clean restrooms and the best food in the whole world. They don't call this the world Lord's chicken for nothing! Fresh salad and I love the crunchy things on top whatever they're called. Krispy tomato thingies es with red pepper. I thought it was bacon bits at first but when I put it in there. I thought it was going to be hot but it was delicious! Come eat the Lord's chicken Amen close on Sundays. The salad with the chicken was so good. I didn't even need the dressing! All of the dressing is also amazing. Finally. Avocado lime.

I received a rewards on my phone and was looking forward to getting it. Have been sick lately with a surgery and not getting out much. made a special trip in the other day from Albany to get it, just to be told it was expired the previous day, and they would not give it to me. I had planed on trying some of the new items they had also. I was so pissed, I stormed out cussing the place. A REWARD should not have an expiration date.
