Behold my “1/2 Caesar wrap” that clearly defines “half” as “half-hearted.” I did the ol’ pick 2, hoping for a solid lunch, and instead got a tortilla that looks like it fainted mid-wrap. The lettuce is doing its best, the chicken’s playing hide and seek, and the Parmesan is just there, wondering how it got dragged into this. Honestly, I’ve seen more filling in a toddler’s lunchbox. For what they charge, I expected more than a sad salad cosplay inside a wheat blanket. One thing’s for sure: my wallet and I will be picking zero from here next time.

Would not even rate one star. These were “nachos”. I specified no diced tomato and no guacamole. I think you guys forgot everything else. Whoever literally boxed this up and put it in the bag needs their head examined. Because who and why.

I'm comparing it other McAllister I've been to. Good job here always. So far it's the best Ruben I've had in Muncie. Baked potatoes are great

So we got there 15-20 before closing time. Ordered our food, sat down to eat and the food was cold. One pizza was ice cold. So I took pizza back being hungry we ate the other too late for attitudes. They took the pizza back over the counter ( even with Covid "touched food") Placed it in a microwave in my face. Really then I had to fuss about that. Well long story short kid left hungry and we weren't happy. Before leaving I decided to complain to the manager and she gave us a coupon. They were ready to get out of that place with closing time on the line. Sad situation.
