This was my first time ever dining at a Jersey Mike’s. The entire staff was very nice. They let me get a small nibble of the bread (so I could see which one I wanted to choose). They had great disposition’s and the location was very clean. I ordered a Turkey provolone made the Mike’s way with no tomatoes, add pickles.

Jersey Mike’s – Munster, IN 🥪🔥 This was my first time visiting the Munster location, and after navigating a pretty congested parking lot, I finally made my way inside. I came to this location a few times in Feb of last month. A female employee was spraying and wiping down the counter while my sandwiches and another customers sandwich was right where she wiped and I saw the dish rag drop on the sandwiches and she quickly picked it up to see if we saw it! I asked for a manager and told them what happened and they rudely acted as if it was okay! So I walked out and told them I would never eat there again! Completely unprofessional! They need to hire older more mature adults who knows how to treat a customer with respect and retrain those younger workers! So sad

I’ve been to quite a number of Jersey mikes, this is easily the worst one I’ve ever been to. They sloppily make all sandwiches and they honestly don’t even taste good. Have tried numerous times as my job is close by for lunch but it’s honestly not even worth it. Unfortunate cause there’s not many other JMs in the area. Illinois Jersey mikes are much much better.
