Every time I come to this Arby’s they always mess up my order, whenever I get the French dip, I never get the au jus sauce even tho I specifically ask if it’s in the bag and they say yes and it never is. Today I ordered and not only did I wait 15 minutes to be greeted, I waited another 10-15 for my food then after receiving my food I had to wait another 3-5 minutes for two shakes and on top of that my fries were only half full and my sandwich was made incorrectly, i specifically asked for no veggies and they put all the veggies on it, this is ridiculous that this happens everytime I visit this

It was an okay experience. I mean the girl that helped me out at the front was so kind and sweet. I was on my lunch break so I was in a rush on time. Either they were really busy or I have no idea but my sandwiches were not the best. I mean they have been better. I'm not going to give up on them. It's so close to work to not turn down

Been waiting at the drive-thru for a pickup for over 10 minutes. I'm the only one here. It was 3 fried appetizers and one sandwich. Should not take this long. Nothing here should take longer than 6 minutes to fry. Then there's a guy with sideburns and a ponytail getting on his phone 10 times while I'm waiting. While the other guy's running around like a chicken with his head cut off.

Told to pull ahead and wait because they were waiting on the chicken, and another car was placing an order. For one, we watched? No one was behind us the whole time. Then, we waited for longer than they said it’d be, just for the employee to slowly walk our food out to us. He dropped a bag of fries, spilling them onto the ground, then scooped them back up and put them back in the bag. Then we got home and our all our food, including the chicken was COLD. The fries were half full, and everything was dry and crusty and tasted stale. One star review is generous. Would do zero if I could.
