I stopped by the drive through after seeing a friend in the neighborhood, and got a vegan oat milk Chai that was iced. It was delicious, I ended up drinking half of it then using the other half to make a protein smoothie sooo good!!! 🤌

I ordered 2 drinks through the app and only received one which was the wrong size and basically hot water. They will not correct the order or refund. They tell you to go to doordash but I ordered through your app. The driver didn't make the drink wrong and not include the second one. Worst beans and brews location there is. This place has always had bad service but you really showed your complete lack of customer service with this.

Wish I hadn’t pre-tipped. Ordered ahead for pick up, confirmation said ready in 6 min. Arrived in 10, wasn’t ready. After we got food, realized they forgot bacon on toast. Waited in line, girl who helped me was completely unapologetic and seemed annoyed. Took our toast back, waited another full 5 minutes for bacon scraps. Handed back to me, again no “sorry” or “thanks for waiting” - unprofessional, to say the least. Got home to eat, my husband’s burrito was cold - not, been-sitting-waiting cold, it was didn’t-microwave-the- frozen-burrito cold, and the “toast” wasn’t toasted, it was floppy bre

Really nice employees, but every time I get the pumpkin shaken espresso it tastes like water. No pumpkin, no coffee flavor just water. So I don’t come to this location for this specific drink anymore I go somewhere else. Other drinks I’ve had have been good though
