Ace _WildCard★★★★★The atmosphere felt pleasant and felt like I was in Japan. I got the opportunity to sit in the bar section (my new favorite spot). The food is top quality. The JINYA Tonkotsu Black tastes so good and kicked in that savory spice. My personal favorite order of the all is their Iced Matcha Latte. It’s so creamy, delicious and has a strong matcha fragrance that gave me a wholesome and comfort experience. For suggestion, I would like it to try that drink again with coconut milk, which compliments well with the matcha and good for those with lactose intolerance. If you’re craving for something swee
Caleb Wolthuis★★★★★I lived in Japan for several years and have had a lot of ramen here in Utah. Jinya is definitely one of the more authentic places for Ramen. I would highly recommend it. The atmosphere of this location feels very similar to ramen shops in Japan. Love their different options as well. The edamame and gyoza are great appetizers as well. Not too many seats so get there before or after the rushes.
Veronica Martinez★We come here often and LOVE their ramen! It’s so close to our apartment and we recommend it to our friends and family! The 1 star review is because of how little we were given. It was insulting to be real with you. The broth was maybe half way on one bowl and even less than that in the other. The pieces of meat were TINY in both the chicken and pork. We also left a good tip! It just feels so disrespectful honestly and inconsiderate with how much the ramen is. We are thinking about reaching out for a refund because it was that disappointing :(

The ramen is probably my second favourite I have tried in the SLC area, but you do have to pay for each of the individual toppings for your ramen (around 3 USD each). The staff was very attentive and kept up with us even when they were getting busier. What is hard is the place is fairly loud, so conversation is a bit difficult.
