Canes is ALWAYS good wherever we go. BUT, we've been to Canes all over SoCal and of the 15 times we've ordered "extra crispy" chicken, this is only the third time when they've actually made it that way. It's actually become funny to me how bad it is. Most times my son and I get the same thing and they can't tell us which is crispy and which isn't...because neither of them are. If you want ATTITUDE-free French fries then please go before the hours of 9:15PM on Sunday. Emma, Shantel (Chantel), just throw the whole staff away. Not the food, because I know food can be remade. I simply did what any other person would do and checked my order before pulling off, and I noticed the french fries were not hot at all like they usually are. When I kindly asked Emma or Chantel if I could get a hotter order of fries, she told me with the worst attitude that those fries just came out, and if I wanted, I could pull up and talk to her manager. Nothing against this location in particular. The always do a great job. One star for how freaking small the chicken tenders are now. I've been eating the same 3 finger combo for almost 20 years. Even though the tenders were already getting smaller, this is the first time I've been mad about the portion size. None of my family are satisfied after dinner. $12 bucks for 3 tenders that probably aren't as big as one of the tenders use to be. Raising Canes made $5 billion dollars in profit last year, the greed of these companies is out of hand. Sadly, this is probably our last visit to Raising Cane'

I want to give Edgar a shout out for his service and his hard work! I appreciate great service. He brought us our drinks, offered to get us ketchup napkins, etc when he brought out or food. Usually at other canes this is self serve and have never really been offered so his service stood out. I also watched him clean other tables on his down time keeping the restaurant tables nice and clean. I really hope management notices his talent and hard work and gets recognition! Keep working hard!!
